I tried to purchase a pool from VM Innovations. They charged my credit card and then said the pool was being shipped. It never shipped because they did not have the pool in stock! So I waited for several days expecting a pool to be delivered. They never contacted me to let me know they did not have the pool in stock. I had to contact them directly in order to request a refund. I am very annoyed and frustrated with their business practices. Not cool!
They have increased pool price points by over 300% since February 2020 and are taking advantage of the stay-at-home orders. Shame on this company.

I am a disabled senior, my son bought me an Aeroplus portable air conditioner. It worked fine for about 10 minutes. Now, 11 days later, it only puts out hot air. Talked with warranty department about the unit, and am getting a major headache with getting it replaced. DO NOT BUY AIR CONDITIONERS from this company. Cant figure out why your still in business. You drain the market for household is just so you can triple prices.
They misled me into buying soil on Amazon for $151/10 bags. Come to find out they are the small bags that are 1/3 the size of the big ones.
So I purchased a 4 pack of subwoofers they arrived. I was excited I can now call the shop and having put in. The next morning I get a phone call from the shop tell me that 1 of the speakers are blown. I then proceed to do the normal contact to try to return them because there's a warranty on them, defective. Going through the normal procedure giving the information they needed what happened email address on so far they keep putting it off and then their contact you within 2 to 3 days after each explanation or guidelines whatever they want to him on my 4th or 5th for time contacting them, now I Shouldn't think that you guys are stalling to get beyond those days needed to return The item that I paid good money for. All I really want is to return them for a full refund your wasting my time... I will not be buy from you again. Can't add a photo of a blown speaker and yall have proof of purchase.
Ordered Bosch orbital sander for delivery on Friday March 5th what arrived on March 4th was a intex air mattress. All records claimed they had delivered my sander. I guess my sander and air mattress are one and the same. Then it becomes my headache to try And get it returned. So now they sit on my 275.00 dollars awaiting the return of an air mattress. If ever the seller is VM express I will not order item. Needless to say my sanding project sits on hold because of their incompetence and so does my money.
Purchased a Reese gooseneck hitch box from Amazon, VM Express was the seller. They cut the price of the item the next day. I asked if they would honor their policy to match their own price. They told me if it was within 2 weeks. They began to tell me that my purchase was outside the 2 weeks. I said it was 2 days and I hadn't even received the item yet. They refused and found every reason to hold on to $90 or so. On another denial email they said they weren't even the seller of the item. It took a lot for me not to reply back, I contacted Amazon CS. They told me VM Express was a 3rd Party seller. I requested they evaluate the relationship with VM. Please consider other sellers or companies regarding online purchases.

Contacted them on Ebay wanting info on the "Total Gym Weight Bar" they advertised.

Your product was defective i sent it back Dec1 2020 and still have not received my refund. Not only is the product defective but your return policy is a joke you say approved and it is now Feb 5 and no refund...
Could give a negative rating I would. This company is beyond horrible. I have no words. The product arrived i set it up and used it for 10 minutes. Then I went to collapse the handle bars for storage and a part broke snapping finger in 2 places. I am now looking at surgery. I contacted them explained issue simply wanted to know if there was another way to collapse bars so I could return it. All they would say was to box it up even though I told them I can't because it's broken and won't fold down.
Finally I get someone to get it folded I call company to start return process. They inform me it has to be on curb on a pallet. I remind them that their product broke my hand and so there is no way i can get a 150 pound treadmill down 5 stairs and onto a pallet. They basically said then it would not be able to be picked up. They will not assist in any alternative options or offer full refund.
I am now seeking legal action for not only a refund but also medical costs. Buyer beware they don't care about customer service. They are beyond a horrible company.
Wish I had seen this before I placed my order. Placed an order Nov 22 but the tracking number was fake - it never tracked. I had to find a phone number and customer service said that the item was "lost" (they didn't contact me with that news) and that a new order was processed today (Monday) arriving Friday. (1-3 day shipping? NOT. Especially when my first order never arrived?) We shall see if I receive anything for my money. Oh... and they gave me a new tracking number but said nothing will "track" because they just issued it today. Very fishy...
THIS IS A SCAM! I ordered (#5482081-786131) a pond pump through Walmart with this company as the vendor but it was never delivered. Somehow they have FedEx show delivery but no package is ever delivered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
UPDATE - Oct. 24th. I have received over 20 text messages from FedEx on this package. Everyday it shows “on the truck for delivery” then the delivery is rescheduled for the next day. They must be manipulating the FedEx computers.
They sold me a bad defective pool and they go back and forward to try to tell you to keep the damaged product they even offer 30 back is I keep the damaged product told them to send a label and box to have this shipped back to them they still haven't answer, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR LOSE YOUR MONEY THEY ARE A SCAM
